# Can't Edit/Create Posts

 * okay, I mentioned this in the alpha, but I thought I’d fixed it.
    The problem:

 * I had to deactivate all my plugins, because I noticed the issue. Then, when I
   went to reactivate Jetpack, I found out that my domain had expired. Well, that’s
   been fixed. Then I went to try and post, and it’s giving the same problem again.
 * Deactivating the plugin fixed the issue, so it’s something with Jetpack 🙁

 * I am having a similar issue. When I try to create or edit a post it is on text,
   but when clicking visual it still shows text, [but formatted odd](http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/2814/hx44.png).

 * I don’t have ANYTHING to see. I can’t even click in the box.
    It works if I turn
   off the “visual editor” but I’m a bit of a visual writer. I prefer seeing that
   my pictures and things are looking right (without having to open another tab)

 * Do you happen to be using WordPress’ development version at the moment? If that’s
   the case, you’ll want to install [Jetpack’s development version](https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/archive/master.zip)
   as well to fix a conflict created by the recent update to TinyMCE 4.0.12 in Core:

 * I updated to 3.9 and I am getting an error, too.
 * It’s to be related to the TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor.
 * TypeError: tinymce.dom.Event.add is not a function @ /wp-content/plugins/wysija-
   newsletters/mce/wysija_register/editor_plugin.js:147
 * As you can see, in my case, the issue was caused by the plugin Wysija newsletters,
   disabling the plugin fixed the problems for me.
 * Simply check your javascript console and disable the plugins in conflict with
   the new WP version
