• This problem is driving me nuts. I need to add tr_TR.mo to WPLANG in my wp-config file. So, I open up wp-config in Notebook, edit the file, and save it. Simple enough, right? Then I upload it to wordpress through File Manager and overwrite the existing file. I’ve also tried deleting the old one and uploading the new one. Under public_html the new file uploads, but none of my edits are there!

I’ve tried editing a number of things in the file all over the place and every time I upload it through file manager none of the changes are there.

If I open up the modified file saved on my computer, the file is changed, so it’s not an issue with Notebook or my computer.

Now, I’ve uploaded the modified file to other folders, for example wp-content/uploads. It uploads fine and the changes remain. No problem. Then I try to move or copy the file over to public_html and once again, none of the edits transfer and it constantly reverts back to the original wp-config file.

I’ve got no clue on this one. I appreciate the help.
