Can’t edit woocommerce store notice banner.

    I have a fresh install of Twenty Twenty Three + woocommerce.

    When I first set up a banner to pop up on first page once, I wrote a text just to see it.

    Now, I can’t find any Store Notice, people talk about it here, neither does the editing icon or “shift+click” enables editing of the banner.

    I have inspected every nuke and cranny of woocommerce, apperance/customize, disabled all plugins, nothing shows me the light.

    Changed theme to another block theme and the same problem persists, there is no way I can find the editor… it seems woocommerce is incompatible with block themes?

    I even deleted and re-installed woocommerce, it broght the banner back!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you are unable to edit the Store Notice on your site since it is not listed under Appearance > Customize.

    Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    If this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    @xue28 hey Xue thanks for the reply, I have switched to Storefront, and now I can see all features to WooCommerce editing, looking good.

    I’ll definitely use WP Staging later when my shop is active, for now, I’m still on scratch. Will keep that in my plugin list!
