Can’t Edit (Tried Different Browsers)

I cannot EDIT pages via my desktop (yes, I am logged in, and just noticed the issue about two days ago).

I came here first because turning on and off plugins can be a tedious task, so I thought I would find guidance via the forums: I found 3 previous articles, one unresolved (cheapjumprings), the 2nd it was, but doesn’t seem like the same issue (blusphorus, or something like that).

I have tested this on two different browsers:

• The first is Safari where I get this message: {“code”:”rest_invalid_param”,”message”:”Invalid parameter(s): path”,”data”:{“status”:400,”params”:{“path”:”Invalid parameter.”},”details”:[]}}
• In Chrome, I am put into a endless login screen loop where I just come back to the login screen.
• The 3rd factor, via the WordPress app, I am able to edit with no apparent issues.

I have also Googled this which is how I came back around to WordPress forums, the independent source misses the mark.
