# Can’t edit Thumbnails

 * Hello! Hoping someone can help me detective why all of a sudden after the most
   recent updates to WordPress 5.8 I can no longer update or edit thumbnails in 
   my galleries? When I click the EDIT THUMB link and the pop up window appears,
   it does not load the thumbnail image, the screen is blank and I’m getting a 403
   error in the inspector window as follows:
 * Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

 * I’ve tried disabling ALL plugins except NextGen and I’ve tried rolling back NextGen
   to previous versions, nothing seems to help. Any thoughts?

 * Disregard… unbeknownst to me, my client had gotten upsold by GoDaddy on some 
   ridiculous firewall software that was basically blocking ALL of WordPress… Thanks
   GoDaddy… ugh…
