# can’t edit stylesheet

 * Hello,
 * I’m very new to wordpress and am using a template I bought. I wanted to have 
   a look at the stylesheet to try to edit font size (following instructions from
   another topic post) but when I click on the style sheet or any other sheet for
   that matter all it says is ‘sorry, that file cannot be edited’. Any ideas what
   I need to do?

 * Try [changing the permissions](http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions)
   of the theme files that you want to edit to 666, or use an [FTP or SFTP client](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   and a [plain text editor](http://codex.wordpress.org/Glossary#Text_editor) to
   edit them remotely.
