# Can’t edit Profile

 * Hi,
 * Since few days, I can’t edit my Profile.
    In URL, I can see a “#” at the end 
   of URL, but… nothing appears. I stay on the same page. The shortcode seems to
   be correct, the redirection page too. What can I do to fix it ? Thank you in 
   advance for your help.

 * Have you installed any other plugins recently?
    Can you please perform a conflict
   test and see if some other plugin conflicting with Ultimate member and causing
   this issue? See our doc on how to do a conflict test. [How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?](http://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test)

 * Hi,
 * I tried to desactivate all my plugins.
    I tried to delete UM plugin, delete all
   data by FTP and re-download and activate. The FTP authorizations are modified
   on 775. The situation is the same. 🙁

 * Can you check please check developers console in your browser for errors?
    Try
   to create new User page and copy shortcode there. Make sure that you’ve correctly
   assigned User page in Ultimat member -> Settings -> Setup. Check your permalinks
   in Settings -> Permalinks and set them to post name.
