Can't duplicate main site?

    Is there a known reason (that I just can’t find a reference to) why I can’t clone the primary site?

    I am able to take the steps as expected, but the end result is far from an accurate representation of the original site. The theme is there, but pretty much all the settings and customizations are lost.

    I’ve been using NS Cloner for a while, so I know it works well. But this is a new installation of wp and mu and I’m wondering if I have some sort of conflict or something set up wrong that’s making NS Cloner confused.

    Any help or ideas on what to check would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you. I ran a clone with detailed logs and submitted a support request. I’m not getting any errors. It seems to work fine, but the resulting site just looks like vanilla WP.

    Ok – thank you, we got the logs and will analyze and let you know what we find. It might take a couple days to get back to you.
