Sounds as though you are using either MS IE or Edge.
Check the Requirements section here: https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements
Cheers!

Nope, I even specified in my post, I’m using Chrome.
Mu host adjusted everything as per Elementor’s requirements, the issue is still there.
Can you please link to a Loom.com screencast showing us the process of you dragging and dropping? Seeing it in action may help us know what is going wrong.
I can just tell you that the widget panel is fully loaded, but I see circles with a line through them when dragging them.
Can it be something to be enabled in WordPress settings by any chance?
I can also go into existing elements of Elementor that are in my demo site by OceanWP. The only thing I can’t drag and drop the new ones…getting those circles with a line.
1. Ensure you meet the system requirements, which you can find at https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements. You can check if your system meets these requirements by going to Elementor > System Info. Two of the main things to check are the PHP version and memory limit, but also take note of any other items that might indicate a problem. Please ask your host for help in changing your PHP version and to increase the amount of PHP memory allocated. If you would like to increase the memory limit yourself, please see this guide: https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
2. Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, Elementor Pro, WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.
3. Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro. If this solves the problem, reactivate each plugin one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin. If found, contact that plugin’s developers for help, or use a different plugin.
As I mentioned above, points 1 and 2 were already done.
Point 3 – all those plugins are configured certain way, I had to go through heaps of Youtube videos to make correct settings. I’m not even sure now which ones. Will deactivating them erase all those settings? If that’s the case I would highly appreciate if you could find an alternative solution or at least advise which plugin could possibly be causing the issue. I really don’t want to start from scratch just for Elementor’s sake. I bought the Pro version and would expect a pro support instead of general answers. Some people don’t even read my answers. I provide info and being asked for it again.
Thank you.
Deactivating plugins won’t erase any settings.
But you didn’t mention you had Pro until now. This area is for users of the Free version. Since you are using Pro, you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com. WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
Well they are not really responsive there. Takes a day or more. So I don’t even k ow where to seek for any help.
