    Hi there,

Just to make sure – are you using https://www.woocommerce.com/products/amazon-s3-storage/ by any chance? I know there was a recent bug report about that?

If not, are you saying that files that are hosted on a subdomain don’t work?

The files that are hosted on the different domain don’t work.

Would you mind elaborating a bit more on the download method that’s used? This is set under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable Products > File download method

    Hi,

I assume you’re using Force download method, is that correct? If yes, there is a fix for this problem coming in 3.4.1, which is going to be released early this week.
