Can’t download even after logging in

    Hey there,

    I’m using the free version of the plugin. My issue is that if I enable downloading for logged in users only, even after logging in it’s telling me that I need to register before I download. I am not using any cache plugins… any ideas?

    Hi Adam, that’s not something I can reproduce here. Are you using WooCommerce Memberships?

    This got fixed with installing a cache plugin. However, now I have another issue :S when I click on Download, it says:

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/2020/10/AlphabetLettersA-x9wq00.pdf on this server.
