Can’t do anything, not even add blank pages

Whenever I try to add a new page, and hit the publish button my screen goes white. It generates the pages but whenever you try to access it gives error 404.

This blank page happens whenever changing anything from the dashboard, generating new users and such.

This is a fresh install of wordpress 🙁 any help?
