    Hi @hana23417,

    It looks like you are missing the correct font. Not every language is supported out of the box by our plugin. Languages like Chinese and Japanese require a custom font. You can read all about it here: Using custom fonts

    thank you for your fast reply.
    But i did as you adviced,

    here .

    bit it sill look ‘ㅁㅁㅁ’for korean and chinese.

    even i followed

    I have found that not all servers cope well with the font paths. If this is the case with your font, try to put the font in the root of your site and put that in the font url (i.e. url(http://yoursite.com/fonts/myfont-italic.ttf) )

    that advice but it still not working.
    what can i do next??
    what am i wrong?

    Hi @hana23417,

    It looks like you are trying to call three fonts at the same time on your body. Try one first and see if they are being called correctly, like this:

    font-family: 'MyFont';

    Im sorry but i did do as your advice, but

    here

    it still not working. T.T

    where are the fonts located? The plugin will be looking for it in the custom template folder:

    /wp-content/themes/child-theme/woocommerce/pdf/yourtemplate/fonts/NanumGothic-Regular.ttf
