You need to enable Show share counts and/or Show total shares option in Floating Interface section at plugin options page in admin, to show shares.

We need url of the problematic webpage to assess the situation. It doesn’t seem related to the plugin update. You can see shares working fine at the plugin demo page https://www.heateor.com/sassy-social-share-demo/ with the latest version of the plugin.
It seems related to the website cache (due to the plugin you are using to enable cache at your website). Try clearing it and refresh the webpage.

It might be some conflict with other plugin. You would like to try keeping only our plugin active, just to check if that makes any difference.
Hi Heator,
I tried to disable almost all of my plugins (except Elementor) but to no avail.
Please note that when I use the Easy Social Share plugin the number of shares is correctly displayed. Also please note that it doesn’t show 0 shares but doesn’t show the number of shares at all.
Looking forward to hearing yoru thoughts.

Try updating the plugin to version 3.2.3.
