Can't disable fb comments for the selected post

Hello

First of all i would like to say thank you for the great plugin, i have been using it for two years.

Recently, i would like to disable the fb comments on one of my post, i have selected the DISABLE meta box in that post. However it still showing the fb comments box in that post. I was using the shortcode insert into my single.php file, is it caused by this?
