# Can’t Disable Automatic Updates?

 * How can I disable automatic updates for this plugin. It seems to ignore my settings.

 * We have such a feature on our to-do list, but it always gets pushed down by some
   other more important requests.
 * If you don’t mind asking, why would you like to disable automatic updates?

 * Hi there,
 * I decided to remove your plugin. I like to control when plugins get updates, 
   so I can quickly see if there are errors or conflicts. I run the updates on staging
   sites before deploying them to the production site.
 * Every other plugin I use allows the option to turn off or on automatic updates.
   You should add that capability to yours.
