    Hello Developer,

    Thank you for this great plugin !

    I found few bugs and problems that i wanted to report you so you make and fix this for us.

    I m using "Version 0.9.2.11". hosted one wordpress on VPS on cPanel/WHM. if you know cPanel/WHM and familiar with this so you know that cPanel almost install of the required Apache and PHP modules but few are required self efforts via EasyApache feature in WHM.

    Problem i want to report is: When you click to "Compatability check" within Dashboard it shows the following result at my Hosting.

    Server Modules & Resources:

    Plugin Version: 0.9.2.11
    PHP Version: 5.3.25;
    Web Server: Apache

    I M the server admin and i have double checked the following plugins/modules that your Plugin shows "Not Installed or Not Detected".

    like: Mime type detection, mod_deflate, mod_env, mod_expires, mod_headers, mod_mime, mod_rewrite, mod_setenvif, HTML Tidy extension.

    Same situation here. Well i have enabled HTML Tidy extension and memcache from easy apache (VPS Linux). Login to WHM > Click Apache Update > Start Customizing Based on Profile > Apache version > Click Next Step > Select PHP 5 > Click Next Step > Click Exhaustive Options List button > Checked on memcache and Tidy ( Well, I have not found any option for Opcode cache and Mime type detection) > Click Save and Build.
    Still have issue with memcache (W3TC Compatiblity Check Memcache extension: Not installed )

    Now W3TC "Compatability check" says :

    Installed: Functionality will work properly.
    Not detected: May be installed, but cannot be automatically confirmed.
    Ok: Current value is acceptable.
    Yes / No: The value was successful detected.

    Server Modules & Resources:
    • Plugin Version: 0.9.4
    • PHP Version: 5.4.27;
    • Web Server: Apache
    • FTP functions: Installed (required for Self-hosted (FTP) CDN support)

    Hi Musicwik,

    Open your PHP.ini file located in WHM easily by typing in the Search box php.ini. Edit PHP.ini and click Advance > find here "Disable_function". copy/cut all functions from the field. save it and then check.

    Basically this module use some PHP special function which actually considering security risk so that is why its not detected.

    once you satisfy that all is showing fine you can just redo he changes so your system will keep prevent danger PHP functions.

    hope it helps peoples who looking for this.

    Hello,

    Its OF-Topi c question, but you can use Memcache with Memcached and install W3 Total cache and tweak its settings inside WP-ADMIN for maximum performance.

    Note: Memcache and Memcached both are different PHP modules. for more detail read this question. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1825256/memcache-vs-memcached
