Can’t delete watermark.

Hi.

The images are not getting restored.
I followed these steps, but the watermark is not deleted.

To restore images and to not watermark them again follow the steps below:

Disable option Add watermark to image when it is loadedfor the first time on shop page or product page in the Replace images live section.
Save settings.
Click Restore button in the Replace images via AJAX section.
Wait on this page till the scripts end.

Hello,

It seems main image was restored, but other image sizes must be regenerated.
You can try to use any thumbnail regenerate plugin to update images.

Hi.
I regenerated thumbnails with Regenerate Thumbnails plugin by Alex Mills (Viper007Bond) and the watermark is still on images.
Do you have another solution?
Please help.

Hello,

Checked your site and it seems images do not have watermarks right now.
Please try to clear browser cache.

Not all images have a watermark. The watermark didn’t apply to all images in the shop. I don’t know why.

Hello,

Apparently, the watermark is really gone.
I deleted the cache and checked the website on different devices on which I never accessed the website before and the watermark still appears.
