When you mouse over the policy name a delete option appears.
Ho, thanks for coming back to me. yes. if we click it, it deletes. but if we navigate from the page and come back, the policy has returned again.
no. it’s turned off and has been since we started building the site.
Try switching the plugin off and on.
we’ve tried that as it was a suggestion to fix another issue which was suggested on here (it fixed the other issue) but the policy keeps returning.

Also – have you checked for a plugin or, less likely, theme clash?
HI, I’ll send over the login shortly via the support request link. The theme is W Office which was bundled with https://wperp.com/ which we swapped out for WP HR Manager. As for plugin clash – i’m putting off doing that as I don’t fully understand how W Office interlinks so I’m waiting for their support to get back to me.
Okay. Make sure WPERP is all removed and do the plugin clash check then contact us directly. Once we receive the details it may take up to 48 hours for a response (excluding the weekend).
Incidently, are you running the latest version of the plugin as this was an issue that we fixed in a recent update, so if you are on an older one, it may already have been resolved – and if you are on the current one, we will need to re-look at the fix!
