# Can’t Delete feed.php

 * If I delete feed.php from includes and remove line 339 from wp-settings, the 
   blog does not load properly. all the other rss feeds can be deleted without problem.
 * why can’t this file be deleted? more importantly why can’t you disable feeds 
   from the dashboard..each upgrade requires hacking.
