# can’t deactivate this plugin

    can someone please advise why i am not able to deactivate this plugin? i
   am clicking on “deactivate” plugin but nothing happens.

 * That is very unusual. Can you please tell me whether you’re getting any errors
   or not? Also, are you able to deactivate the other plugins?
 * Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for
   Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except
   for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and
   navigate to **wp-admin -> Plugins** and then, deactivate other Plugins.
 * After that try to deactivate the plugin and let me know whether it works or not.
