Can't deactivate plugins in 3.5.2 | WordPress.org

After upgrading to 3.5.2, I cannot deactivate ANY plugins (which also means I can’t remove any either). If I install a plugin I did not have previously, I can remove it.

Try clearing any caching on your site and browser. If that doesn’t work, try resetting the plugins folder using FTP or other file manager your host uses –

Did both of those. When I rename plugins, I get a lot of messages that plugins have been deactivated, but…

When I rename plugins.hold back to plugins, all the plugins come back and I cannot deactivate them again from the plugins page.
