Can't deactivate or delete WP Smush.it

    Hi,

    Something went really wrong with the lay-out of my website after I’ve updated this plugin, so now I want to delete it. I tried to deactivate it, but this is not possible. I can’t delete it because it’s not deactivated. Does anyone have the same problem? Or knows how to fix this?

    Hi @hannelored,

    Do you have FTP or SSH access?

    You can delete the wp-smushit folder located under /wp-content/plugins/ directory, but be really careful, while deleting it. So that you don’t end up deleting other directories.
