# Can’t deactivate ampcache

 * When I try to deactivate ampcache I get an error because I’m using nginx not 
   apache so there is no .htaccess file:
 * An exception occurred: [ErrorException] [E_WARNING] file_get_contents(/var/www/
   thenameofmysite.com/.htaccess): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
   in /wp-content/plugins/amp-cache/ampforwp-cache.php on line 411
 * How can I resolve this?
