Dear @freddylopez,
The first thing to try, is to click on the top button in your screenshot “Screen Options” and check if the “Featured Image” is checked. I think it might be it.
If it’s not, it might be a plugin or theme incompatibility, we would have to search in the plugins if nothing is disabling thumbnails, and in the theme settings and code.
But I will let you try the first solution first, because it’s not necessary to go further if it’s simply that 🙂

Hi Camille,
I activated another theme and it looks like your plugin isn’t compatible with the theme I’m using as it’s showing up in this standard theme.
It looks like if I want to change/update the markers, I’ll need to switch to another theme to do that.
Is there any chance you’ll be able to make it work with that specific theme?

Okay, so I had a try with the “Fictive” theme, and I found the issue 🙂
The theme is setting featured image “support” for posts and page ONLY, so it wasn’t working on markers custom post type. I don’t understand why would someone want that in it’s theme but whatever ^^’
I added featured image support for markers in Travelers’ Map code, so everyone will have them.
I will update during the week-end when I have some time 😉
