Support » Plugin: PHP Code Widget » Cant' customize class/ID

  • This works great unless you need to specify the widget’s class or ID, for example if you need to deliver a site with custom widgets to a client’s server, and it will be unknown whether the automatically assigned class will be the same as what you coded for.

In this respect, it’s the same as all the other widgets in the core.

If you need to have custom styling, then add classes to the code you put into the widget itself, for better targeting.
