# Can’t customize!

 * So I’m just using the “customize” option in wordpress to make changes, but they
   won’t take! Every time I make a change (like adding a url for a sign up form 
   to the header, or changing the featured image aspect ratio) it says it’s published,
   but then I go back in there and it has reverted back to the previous version (
   no changes)

 * This sounds like it is most likely a conflict with a plugin. Please try deactivating
   all plugins on the site temporarily to see if this fixes the issue. Then, you
   can then reactivate them one-by-one until the problem returns to find which plugin
   is causing it.
 * Deactivating your plugins in this way won’t have any effect on their settings.
