# Can't Customise

 * WordPress 4.1 running
    I can’t customise themese. Happens with whatever theme.
   Including Twenty Fourteen that is the one that I am currently using. I can’t 
   open the menus on the left as POPUP. I have to click on the voices and then voices
   appears as standard menu. Then I click on the customise option and litterally
   NOTHING APPEARS … 🙁 Please help !!!.. Thanks

 * You do not appear to have any plugins available at this time.
 * Yes deactiveted somes and unistalled others ….
    Nothing appears when I click 
   on Customise …. 🙁

 * If it can help … On the same HOSTING service I got more WordPress installed and
   this is the only one where I had this trouble …. And… All wp are up to date.

 * tried to change this line

 * but receive this error message
