Can't create new gallery

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately I am not able to create a new gallery, I was able to create only one (free version). If I click “Add gallery/Image”, sometime nothing is displyed, sometime the panel is displayed, but nothing happens when I click “create”.

    I have tried with different themes, tried with all plugin disabled, but still, only one gallery can be created. Sometime by clicking on the upper menu.

    Quite frustrating because I am dying to take the pro version, but of course I need to check if it’s going to work. Below are answers to you template support questions.

    – WordPress up to date? YES
    – NextGEN up to date? YES
    – What version of NextGEN Gallery did you upgrade from? (i.e. I had 1.9.8, then upgraded to 1.9.12)DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED ON 1ST dEC IF CAN HELP YOU 🙂

    (please confirm the following, with your server host tech) :
    – MySQL up to date (at least 5.2.4)? I ASSUME YES, SITEGROUND.COM
    – PHP up to date (at least 5.0)? I ASSUME SO
    – The mod_rewrite Apache module activated? I THINK SO
    – PHP Safe Mode OFF? QUITE POSSIBLE

    Additional information that will help us find a solution:
    – Who are you hosted with? SITEGROUND
    – What theme are you running? http://www.theme-junkie.com/themes/pinable/
    – Which plugins do you have installed and activated? 404 Simple Redirect, CP Google Maps, Google XML Sitemaps, InfiniteWP – Client, Tabby Responsive Tabs, AND OF COURSE NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati.
    – Does this error still occur if you switch your theme to the WP default, and deactivate all plugins except NextGEN Gallery? (*be sure to clear your browser cache and reload your site after deactivating) YES, STILL

    @bertrand66 – There may be an issue with the InfiniteWP – Client plugin but I also believe our developers may have sorted that out and it will be available in our next (beta) release.

    indeed, it was Infinite Wp’s guilt. It is now working, as I use it out of Infinite WP. I have also reported the bug just in case.
