Can’t Create New Categories or Delete Posts

    I have wordpress installed on a Windows 2003 server with IIS & MySQL. I have two separate blogs running. One is working perfectly while the other isn’t. I’ve also installed a WordPressURLRewrite dll (http://www.binaryfortress.com/wordpress-url-rewrite/) which works great. Anyways, so one blog works fine while the other is able to create new posts, edit posts, but not delete posts. The one that doesn’t work also can’t create new categories. Any ideas what’s wrong? Thanks in advance.
