Screenshots of blank screens aren’t useful. You likely have a fatal PHP error, which I can’t simply guess at.

Please read the help page on providing diagnostics: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/faqs/debug-info

    Hi Tim.

    Sorry for the missing information.

    First time posting here.

I figured out that it is related to our Astra Child Theme. If we go with any other theme, including Astra parent as well, It works fine.

Any ideas what the child theme could be “missing” to work properly with Loco Translate?

(Just to confirm, I am not asking about translating the child theme itself, but translating stuff while running the child theme)

If your theme is throwing errors during admin functions you should contact its author. Loco Translate does not require it to do anything at runtime, and doesn’t call any of its functions. Any fatal error has resulted from its own action.

    Hi Tim.

Thank you for getting back to me.

    Finally fixed it.

We had some custom code in our child theme, that hides the WP-admin notifications, but for some reason, it hid some of the Loco Translate interface, which we have not yet experienced with any plugin before, hence why we didn’t check this.

Also, thank you for a great plugin, we run it on all our sites.
