@hellstern – When did this start happening?
Was it after a specific update? Which version did you update from?
– Cais.
I was facing the same issue & following worked for me. Do let us know if it works for you as well.
In WordPress General Settings WordPress Address(URL) & Site Address(URL) are same.
I have set it to http://mysite.com in both.
Hi,
Thanks for your answer 🙂
I have checked this and they are the same 🙁

@mun1shk – Thanks for the suggestion.
@hellstern – Is NextGEN Gallery the *only* plugin installed or have you already checked if there is a conflict with another active plugin? Also, does this happen if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?
Is this a local test environment or is this on a remote server you can share a link to?
– Cais.
Hi,
I have just deactivated all other plugins – same problem.
It is on a test server and it would be possible to share it

@hellstern – If that is the case, please submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) and we will see if there is anything we can do to help you get this sorted out.
We will likely need log in and FTP credentials for the WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report.
Thanks!
– Cais.
@hellstern – Thanks! We can carry on the conversation there for the time being.
