Can’t Create Email Templates etc

    Hi ,
    If this works well I will buy the plugin, however, I’ve installed the lite version on woocommerce but can’t save any email templates, it says in Red:

    “There was a problem adding the email template. Please contact the plugin author via support forum.”

    No emails are being saved, I haven’t seen any popups saying, Enter Email to Add to Cart

    I have 85 abandoned carts and no email address, tho I did set the timeout at 5 mins initially, now set to 15m.

    Have you any ideas on the problem please?

    Hi,

    I am sorry that you faced issue with the plugin.

    1) For Email Template issue:

    Could you please let me know you are using the plugin on multisite?

    It may be the issue that some columns might not be created in the table of the database. Could you please provide me the screenshot of “wp_ac_email_templates_lite” table from database. Also, if you received any error message in the debug log file then it will help us to solve this issue as well.

    If you are not comfortable to share the error message or screenshot here then you can drop us email on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” email address.

    2) Add To Cart Popup Modal:

    We do not provide Add To Cart Popup Modal in the Abandoned Cart LITE plugin for asking email address on the click of Add to Cart button.

    Thanks for your reply.I’ve had a look in the database and can’t see the entry you have mentioned, here is a snap of the titles:
