That is odd. I have not had this report from any other users, and I cannot reproduce it myself, so there must be something unique going on with your site configuration.
Are you logged in as an admin user? I’m curious if maybe you’re logged in with a user that does not have access to create new posts..??
If that’s not it, can you disable other plugins temporarily to see if the button you should see comes back? If so, then you could re-enable other plugins one-at-a-time until the problem occurs again. Then we’ll know the culprit and I can take a closer look to see if it’s a problem in our plugin or the other one.
I disabled bbPress and it started working. I don’t need it anymore so I just deleted it, but for people that use it, you might wanna look into that.
