# Can't create any form (multisite)

 * Hello,
 * i can’t create any form for a site of my network.
    Plugin works perfectly on 
   the main site. When i try to add a new form on another site of the same network,
   after filling every request field, the CREATE NEW FORM page is displayed again
   and no new form has been added…
 * Can anyone help please?

 * We also tried to deactivate every plugin, repair permissions, etc.
    We still 
   can’t create any new form.
