    Everything was working fine, now when I go to create a new ticket, I have Subject*, Description*, Category*, Priority* and Attachments. But the problem is under Description there is nowhere to type anything, the text box is missing, and I don’t see anywhere to disable it or change it or fix it so that the text box shows. can you please assist me in fixing this? I’m running version 8.0.4
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

    Can you please assist?
