# Cant create a page/post!

 * ‘publish’ button changed to ‘submit for review’ and the above message appears
   when it is pressed.
    I have full permissions of wordpress and Cpanel, databases
   and files

 * Haven’t installed any plugins recently but have just swapped from an XAMPP to
   live site – this issue has been occurring since the transfer.
