    Have you check to see if the galleries were created ?

    You first must create the gallery then you upload your photographs.

    Let’s verify first if you have any galleries.

    Click

    Gallery->Manage Gallery

    Do you see any galleries listed ?

    Also please provide which version of nggallery you’re using.
