Can’t create a backup

    Hi

    I have a problem with your plugin: I cant make a backup.

    Whenever I try to set the settings to Google Drive and click “save” it shows me this message:
    “updraft_send_command: error: error ()”

    So I tried to connect it to Google drive and it worked. But it still won’t save the settings. And won’t make a backup either.

    How do I fix this?

    Hi Sara,

    Can you try to temporarily deactivate all other plugins and see if you still get the same issue? There could be conflict from other plugins installed on the website.
