Can't Contact Developer After Donating For Pro Version

    I made the required donation for the pro version only to find you have to contact the developer who’s main site says overload and who’s contact page the plugin links to gives a 404 page error.

    I’m sorry but these forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from http://wordpress.org/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.

    Then how come there have been multiple other posts such as this allowed? And if you are allowing developers to promote commercial products on this site but then not allowing for some reasonable means of contact which is not currently available through there site, that seems a bit shady. Do you have a different method that you propose I seek a resolution by? And is there a reason that the other posts such as these have been allowed to be resolved any why you are individually discriminating against mine?
