go to toolbox -> debug setting , set debug to ON , debug level to advance , debug include URI , add

litespeed/v
activate

go to toolbox -> log view -> clean up existing log if any

now try to connect again

after it reports failed again , to go log view, copy paste log and share via https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/

failed to request: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

it looks like your server can not connect to our node

what does it show if you create a php file with code below and open it in browser ?
