can’t connect to the plugins.svn.wordpress-server

Hello everybody.

Yesterday everything was just fine. I could update my plugin and connect to the plugin.svn. But today nothing works… I use this programm to update my plugins on the repo: TortoiseSVN-1.6.8.19260-x64-svn-1.6.11. But when I try to connect I always get this message:

PROPFIND of ‘!svn/bln/237889’: could not connect to server (http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org)

Can anybody tell my what’s wrong? Thanks a lot.
