Worked fine for a while, then today I went in and there were no records. When I tried to reconnect to Stream I got:

There was a problem verifying your site with Stream. Please try again later.

I tried for an hour or so then gave up. If it helps I’m using two-factor authentication on WordPress.com. Also my site is currently in maintenance mode (visitors required to log in to view) if that matters, though I’m not sure why it would.

Great plugin when it works though, thanks so much! Let me know if I can help troubleshooting.

Following up, I tried connecting again this morning and on the main Stream activity page got:

Stream API Error. Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.

… then a few seconds later my old data appeared. I’m missing the last few days when Stream wasn’t able to connect, obviously, but the rest is there.

On the Account page, I got `Error retrieving account details.
If this problem persists, please disconnect from Stream and try connecting again.`

I tried reconnecting and things looked like they were working for a brief moment (albeit very slowly), then I started getting the Stream API Error again. My Stream activity appears after a minute or so, and I tested making an edit and that got logged as well. So… despite the error messages and very slow page load, I guess it’s working now? Sorta?

I’m getting this too, for my site ezcutcnc.com

Thanks @frankie! I’ll close this out. (In the past I’ve been dinged by the forum admins for adding “me too” type posts on other support threads which is why I started a new one. No idea what the policy is now.) Thanks for your help and good luck with the infrastructure move!

    Thank you, Michelle!
