  • I am experiencing the same problem. Completely unable to connect to our iZettle account.

Same here. Everytime I click on the green “Connect” button on the iZettle settings page in WordPress, it just re-loads the page and doesn’t connect……. Very frustrating! Would be good to see iZettle fix this quickly.

Sure. I try to remove the plugin, delete all iZettle options from the database also – and install again. No changes. Everytime reload the settings page, and nothing to do….

I try to debug the plugin also, but I think the problem is the tokenizer or others… In the iZettle account page ( also not listed this app (plugin).

I managed to get through to iZettle support directly using and and I got this response:

“I’ve checked with our technical department and they are aware of the issue and currently trying to resolve it.

I will send your case to the team to ensure that you will get help in the best possible way.

I will get back to you from the moment I have received more information about your case.”

It might be worth you both emailing them too, so you at least get notified of when there is a fix. It doesn’t look like they use this forum.

    thanks @clairemonkey

    Thanks @clairemonkey !

    Hi guys!

A new update received, and now the function is working!

    Thanks @clairemonkey again!

    Cannot connect to iZettle Account.
I’m redirected to, I log and … nothing occurs!
    What’s wrong ?

I guess this is still a problem.

Ive installed the plugin, click connect and it just redirects me to

Which has the following message: Oops! Page not found.
We’re sorry but it seems the page you’re looking for is gone. It may also have been moved, or it never existed in the first place. Either way, we apologise for any inconvenience.

Shambles to be fair, isnt this a PayPal product?

We’ve had the exact same problem as @dmorgan20 – after a a lot of testing and back and forth with them finally got to the bottom of it. An engineer told me that they no longer support WordPress with their e-commerce platform for new users (only Shopify and a couple of others). This changed a few months ago apparently. Plugin is still in repository for legacy users. Only way to do it now is just use standard external links to products on iZettle (or change to a different platform that they support). Hope that helps!
