Can you explain in details, I might try to figure out what could be the issue.
If you are comfortable sharing the credentials to your website, I can login and check why the plugin fails.

When I try to connect to my Distribution it checks but nothing happens used the same keys for other sites with no problems except for one site, and it eventually connected.
on my profile is my website address with the contact form. You can send it from there

If you disable these plugins the CDN works

why would two different plugins interfere with it?
And if once connected to the distribution would they interfere with the CDN?

and change line 1807 to:
if (!function_exists('GuzzleHttp\describe_type')) {
require __DIR__ . '/GuzzleHttp/functions_include.php';
}

That file is a part of the AWS PHP SDK and will be updated when the SDK updates.
If you would prefer, you can update the plugin file on your install.
