Can’t connect Star mC-Print3 to Woocommerce

    Hello,

    I followed all the steps in the following documentation to connect the Star mC-Print3 printer to my Woocommerce store:

    The problem is that I am stuck on the CLOUD PRNT plugin page with the “Select printer” option not clickable… I don’t see my printer in the selector.

    I can’t display the second last screenshot of the documentation. Apparently once this page is displayed I can then select my printer, but how exactly do I get this page to appear?

    For information, I updated the printer with the android mobile application but it did not change anything.

    Do you have any tips or feedback from similar experiences?
    If so I am interested in any good information!

    I had the same problems. Took me hours to sort it out. The printer had old firmware. 2.2 when I bought it. Now is 3+. I have downloaded the app on my phone, update the firmware of the printer. Then it works the printer will show.
