    We found the connection issue was due to an API error. We’ve resolved the issue on our end and you should now be able to connect to Google Shopping Ads.

    Hi there I have the same problem with another website basepoint.co.nz

    While investigating each site’s System Status Report (SSR), it appears that both sites report a high number of failed actions. For example:

    i’m having problems connecting google shopping ads.

    Furthermore, there appears no update whether the issue persists on the site at https://www.dramnation.nz, and it also appeared at basepoint.co.nz, or otherwise.

    Could you update us about each site’s status, regarding Google Shopping Ads connectivity and, should the issue still persist, share screenshots showcasing it, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good (online) tool of choice for sharing it here.

    Thank you for letting us know!

    As mentioned this was a reported problem that is fixed already, can you please be more specific about what’s happening on your other site basepoint.co.nz ?

    Is it a connection problem, if so is there a certain behaviour?

    It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.
