  • I have been trying to link Facebook to my WooCommerce website for a few days now, and the only way to get it to work is to downgrade to a much older version, where I can’t really notice anything synching up. I am mainly hoping to leave this review to get someone to help me fix this issue, or at the very least get an update as to when this issue get’s fixed on their side.

    We have support available via WooCommerce.com or the support forums – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/facebook-for-woocommerce/

    This isn’t as expected at all – can you reach out to us via the WooCommerce.com contact form or the support forum with some more information such as the version(s) you have tried and what you downgraded to, along with the WooCommerce version you have installed and your WordPress memory limit. You can find this via WooCommerce > Status > System Status

    Hi there, sorry for the late response, I have now followed your suggestions, logging a request at support forums and now going to the contact form as well.

    However, I don’t have an account with woocommerce.com, I am using Woocommerce.org. Is this an issue with using the contact form?

    Contacting us through WooCommerce.com should not be an issue – it will require creating an account, but it is free and the steps are outlined here.
