# Can’t connect

 * Connect your store to Mailchimp
    I click CONNECT I enter login/pass in pop-up
   then click Allow
 * I see:
    Connect your store to Mailchimp Connected! Please wait while loading 
   next step
 * After this, I can see “Connect your store to Mailchimp” only!
    It seems this 
   is an infinitive loop…

   please reference this [wiki page](https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/wiki)–
   at the bottom there is a link for “getting blocked by Akamai” which will give
   your web host instructions on what’s going on with that.
 * Basically this is indicative of an Akamai API Gateway block on your server’s 
   IP address. This can happen for a number of reasons, but primarily it’s happening
   with people that are using a Shared Hosting Service.
 * Please take a peek there first – that will guide you in the proper direction 
   to resolve this issue.
