# Can’t close the chat

 * Hi everybody,
 * I installed the plugin, and before that I already tried to install the live chat
   via the code generated from the Settings of my Facebook’s Page, and I always 
   get the same error: if you try to close the chat, it will re-open automatically
   but that wouldn’t be a huge problem. It becomes a major problem if you try to
   close it after you have clicked on Chat Now and started to type: it will re-open
   with half of the interface disappeared and it’s really bad.
 * I wondered what could it be, and infortunately I guess is something related to
   the theme and not to the plugin, but do you have any idea what could generate
   this conflict?

   and they are looking into it. I see you have removed it from your site since 
   you first reported the issue. Do you mind re-adding it so that our team can look
   into it some more? Can you share what theme you are using on your site?

 * thank you for your reply! I put the plugin back on the site so you can investigate

 * Hi hellfiremichi,
 * We seem to have found why it is not working. We need your help in figuring out
   why though. The plugin uses your browser’s local storage to save the state. For
   some reason, when the plugin is closed, the local storage on your website is 
   not being updated with the state change. This is likely because there is something
   blocking it. Would you happen to know why this is being blocked? Can you open
   a support ticket with the theme author to see if they are aware of this issue?
